HOW TO ORDER
For your convenience
we have four methods for placing a book order. You can email
to us at email@example.com
or you can use the easy Order Form seen here. For faster service
fax your order at 610-584-0346 twenty four hours a day or you
can call us at 610-584-6231 from 6 AM to 6 PM Easter Standard
Time. You cannot overpay us because we will immediately refund
by check any excess $2.00 or over. We will send you postage stamps
for refunds under $2.00.
Deduct 10% discount if your TOTAL order is less than $100.
Deduct 15% discount if your TOTAL order is $100. or more.
By UPS in Continental
U. S.: $4.00 for the first book and $.75c for each additional
book (includes insurance). Note: We must have a street address
to insure delivery.
POSTAGE FOR ALASKA, PUERTO
RICO, CANADA & OVERSEAS
Upon receipt of your order we will advise as to the actual cost
of shipping by one of the three methods:
1. Air Parcel Post insured.
2. Parcel Post - Surface Rate insured, or,
3. Book Rate (The cost will be a little less, however, we do
not guarantee delivery. We will send you a Post Office receipt
as proof of mailing).
If you live in Pennsylvania provide Sale Tax Number or add 6
% sales tax.
We welcome your Visa or MasterCard on order over $20.00. Remember
to include the card number and expiration date with your order.
If you are not comfortable giving your credit card information
over the Internet, please call, fax or mail the information to
us at the address below.
DAMAGED BOOK POLICY
We ship books only in mint condition. If, however, damaged occurs
during shipment, we recommended the following: Immediately upon
receipt of a damaged book, save the box we shipped it in and
contact UPS or proper carrier and immediately begin your claim.
All shipments are insured.
Money back guarantee if you are not fully satisfied "No
hassle" The only thing we ask is that returned books must
be in good, clean and saleable condition. Books must be packed
in a strong box with extra padding at the four corners to withstand
rough handling and damage when boxes are thrown from one location
to another by the shipper and delivery agents in transit;
otherwise smashed corners and other damage will occur and refund
cannot be made (absolutely no jiffy bags). Refund will
be for amount of book only and not for the shipping cost. Return
by U.P.S. within 5 days from the date of receipt to address
Book Company, Inc.
